86-91 Front Splitter

A few of you have inquired about my front splitter and wanted to know if you can get them. My team and I are going to build a spare, and if anyone is interested in them we can build more. The will run about $400.00 each, my original cost was $1100.00 USD about 4 years ago. If your interested let me know.

I would like to see some more close up pics but I am interested as I would like to do something and my fabrication skills are limited. Is this design mostly for cooling our does it provide some down force as well?

Okay lol 1st pic is in my 1st and opens for me, 2nd It was designed to be legal for SCCA E Production racing, most front air dams hinder cooling this one has no restirction and is designed for downforce, 3rd It is a complete undertray and splitter in one. It goes from the front cross member right to the front of the car. Like I said in the original post I feel that I should make a 2nd one because the people that made it are no longer in the racing business and I cant afford another $1500.00 for a splitter with shipping and brokerage etc lol.

Ian, you could sell your lip and then buy the whole splitter. That way it would look better and fit better and work better.

(And I think that splitter is for S5's only; S4's are different, aren't they?)

Thanks Al. I only see 1 picture though.

John: Yes, S4 and S5 are different. Luckily, I have an S5 parts car that I've been thinking about stealing the bumped off of.

This would be for my S5. And you know how it is. $1000 splitter and sell it for what on the forum. Less then $100? I cracked mine a little bit on an offroad grass cutting at mosport anyhow LOL Hope mosport liked my free grass cutting.

Al,

Can I swing by and see it one day??? I can't remember what yours was. For $400 I am interested.
