Just a quick reminder that the registration fee is $30 until the end of June. July 1, it goes up to $40. By registering early, you save money and we are better able to plan and purchase prizes and food.

Your registration fee gets you two days of guided tours, two home-cooked breakfasts and two home-cooked dinners, accommodations, door prizes and a goodie bag.

hey guys i am new to this meet just had a question. while we will be doing all this driving, how much roughly would be the cost of gas so i can plan ahead. km work as well so i can estimate. also i am really excited to see you all at the meet i had a great time when mr.cool had arranged the drive to Niagara falls. i am willing to tag along with as many cars as possible to drive up to Bruce County.

You can probably figure on around a tank of gas per day. All depends on how thirsty your car is and how hard you drive it. The route this year is a totally new format so I'm not too sure how many kilometers it is.

A tank a day sounds close to what I used.

Does the new route we will be going on have 94 Octane as well?

Yes, there are a few spots with '94. It is highly recommended that everyone arrives with a near-full tank of fuel so we can avoid a delayed start of having to go to Hanover to fuel up. We've changed the route slightly with improvements in mind. Hanover is now out of the way in the opposite direction.

I'm looking into specific locations so that I can provide everyone with distances between possible fuel stops.

Approximately a week before the BCM, I will be sending out a PM to everyone who has registered by then with details of my address and cell phone number, as well as reminders of what to bring (bedding, towels, folding chairs, FRS, etc).

Just 22 days to go!

My wife (passenger) looks to be coming but I won't know for sure till the time gets closer. She's pretty excited because she hasnt yet drove in the car, that and a weekend away from 3 young kids sounds good.

You know what that means...no wreckless driving for you.

Fortunately, backseat drivers are not allowed . Passenger seat maybe, but no backseat.

Very true, plus she gets car sickness easy lol. She still wants to come despite me telling her how long, fast, and hot the drive can be.

It's RXeckless not wreckless, get it right next time John. My wife been in my 7 two or three times and HATES it. Good to see some wifes want to experience two days in a car surrounded by a bunch of rotards, but I'll bet it just the two day without the kids that's she really looking forward too.

^absolutely. She has virtually no interest in the car any other time so it's pretty safe to assume she is more interested in time away from the kids
