I kept quite a bit of distance, i was quite lax on the acceleration, didn't shift down, or didn't shift down enough (plus I didn't want to deafen my buddy in the passenger seat, my car wasn't by any means quiet), which I may have frustrated a few Rx7'ers behind me who wanted to pass/tried to pass, not only do I not like riding people asses, especially at the speeds we were going, just in case, but I didn't want to push the car too hard, the breaking system and suspension was upgraded and installed less than a week prior with barely a few hundred kms on them, the last thing I wanted was to crash the car or get stuck in Ottawa. But the distance paid off, I had more then enough room to stop behind raven_bc that I didn't even lock up the brakes.
Next year year tho, I'm gonna step up a pace...but I'm just glad that I hung it farily easilly with the fast group

[QUOTE=Nd4SpdSe]You must have been behind me, cause I know I was second behind the crash, right behind a red FD (raven_bc I'm assuming). When I saw it, we were coming around the tight right bend to start that long left and as soon as i came around, i saw smnc's rear was loose, swong to the left, back to the right and slide sideways into the ditch with the cloud of dust.
yeah man we were out front and that corner surprised the hell out of us very missleading

Even for those that had driven that route before... Well, let's just say that Scott is somewhat directionally challeneged
But I needed to keep you awake somehow.

It wasn't meant to be a pic of you... Just happened to be in the shot when I took it.
If you want the Hi-Res version and not the compressed versions of those pics then e-mail me.
