Not sure how long those leaves were there but I'll tell ya now, if it gets under that gutter where the water drains under the windshield and traps down there... you're gonna have a bad time. Happened to me with my FC when I first got it. It accumulated rust over time and was a PITA to fix. Just giving you a heads up. Clean bay btw.

I'm gonna blow them out with my air compressor, sucks being near a bunch of trees in the fall. What I really need is a car cover.
Today, or soon I will change my oil since I went down a quart or so before replacing the oil cooler hoses, and I'm a short way into break-in so it won't hurt.

I've been doing more work on the car got the rear wheel bearings and dtss eliminators all squared away, painted the hubs and calipers.
Still working more and more towards getting the car done, it's getting closer and closer to where I'd like it to be slowly but surely.
My afrs aren't where I want them to be so I'm rewiring the fuel pump hoping hoping it hoping it will help, I'm in the 12's and want to be in the 11's for my afr.
Here are some new pics.

More progress replacing this hub to fix the bbad wheel studs In it rather than replacing the bearings etc...This was a more logical route seeing as I got this hub for 30 bucks at the junkyard and everything was in good condition...
Also fixed my fuel gauge replacing the fuel sending unit but broke broke a stud in the assembly going going to the power wire to the sender so I couldn't fit any hardware under the nut due to the lack of threads...will be getting a new assembly so it can havehave a it's hardware.
Brakes need hardware that was half missing , tie rod was bad and will be replacing that...already have new ball joints ..so I'm putting those on both sides. ..plan on getting new tie rods for both sides and some new performance brake pad..
Very soon will be fixing my exhaust leaks , rewire rewiring my fuel punp, fixing my, temp gauge, and gas leak on the drain bolt, also moving to the other side once I aquire a good non abs wheel hub...and hopefully in the near future fixing my speedometer.
Lastly my turbo has a bad wastegate flapper arm bushing so my boost is either drastically low or way too high , I plan on fixing that too.
My afrs being in the 12's also bothers me (at 8-12 psi , pretty much any boost level), hoping the fuel pump rewire lowers the afrs into the 11s but idk if it will, I am running running 550/720 injectors, rtek 1.7 , and walbro 255...I plan on getting another set of gsl se injectors and running all 720s and upgrading to the 1.8 rtek (yes the gsl se injectors are rated 680cc but on fcs they're 720+ cc due to high fuel pressure).

Now it's all on , just have to bleed the brakes, installed a new heater core to pipe hose to replace the universal that was somewhat kinked and hindering flow.
Also found out my mount for my filter filter I bought was too big and not the right size..
My power steering seems to be leaking from somewhere unknown and I'm not sure if I'm leaking transmission oil or if it's just oil from the power steering.
Will be rewiring the fuel pump soon and doing alot more.

Just got the brakes all bled, should brake really well with all the new pads ive put on, stoptech perormance pads on front made of some special material , on the rear wagner quick-stop ceramic pads.
Also replaced a kinked universal coolant Hose going from the heater core to the metal pipe , got got a nice new preformed mazda oem hose.
The fuel filter mount wasn't the right size , so zip tied it to a part of the wiring harness where it's held up high enough to have better clearance.
Put a bigger zip tie on the steering boot where I had to rip to slide it over , also replaced the washer on the bottom huge banjo bolt to the oil cooler , this one isn't to a line but actually to the thermostat (mine was leaking , didn't replace it after the oil cooler was cleaned and this bolt etc was removed).
More work tommorow , haven't tested anything out yet , being patient.
Also got some gsl-se injectors so I can run all 720cc injectors , they need to be cleaned and flow tested , then I'll upgrade my ecu to a 1.8 rtek (currently 1.7) , also planning on getting an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to ensure my car is getting the proper fuel pressure , stock fpr is okay but not great in my opinion.

Update-
Fixed my temp gauge by putting a new wire in going to the cluster.
Got two oil coolers to replace my leaking one, one on there now is beat up and temporary until I install my cleaner one.
Lowered idle , reset my tps, washed and waxed the car.
Purchased an aem meth injection kit , jacobs fc1000 ignition amplifier, turbo xs manual boost controller , clutch slave and master cylinder.
Boost is hitting 7 psi according to my gauge , so the wastegate is working great , I want at least 10 psi though.
Need to get my wideband fixed , the connections on it are not solid in the sensor box and it's really annoying.
Here's a new pic of the beast.

Car runs now and idles , tuning to the base map needs to be finalized before driving it on the street can be done, running a microtech lt10s on stock fc ignition coils.
I'll be tuning the car myself, with the help of much research and patience.

Also decided to use a complete s5 intake setup instead of using the fd uim mounted it the s5 lim.
The fd uim poorly sealed on the intake runners and I wanted it to fit properly. Decided to use the s4 throttle body on it incase I run my omp adapter and premix and run the omp at the same time..not sure if I will.
