spec E30 is a popular race class here, and if you touch bumper to bumper they do well, but the A pillar (even with a cage), is really weak, any fender to fender contact will basically cause major frame damage on both cars. lots of attrition.

I have been avoiding my homework to read this for days. Kudos for taking such momentous advantage of your situation and opportunities.
I'd offer you luck, but you don't seem to need it.

Thanks everyone
Over the last week I've been putting bits and pieces on the car, and I did the wiring in the engine bay. Wiring takes soo much time it's insane, I thought I got the most of it last night at 2am, but it turned out I made a mistake wiring the headlight switch which caused the FTP lights to be useless. The lights would automatically pop-up when any lightning was turned on. And unfortunatly that wiring is all behind the dashboard, so I pulled the entire dash today and re-wired the headlight relays, which was a crappy job. Got it done though, so now the car is ready for the engine. It's far easier for me to put the engine in at work, so I got the car out of my garage, put it on the trailer, and towed it to work.
The remaining parts I needed to finish the engine arrived at the local mazda dealer a few days ago, so now I can close the engine up and hopefully put it in the car soon

I like how you towed the car with a Volvo instead of a giant behemoth of a pick-up. Like folks here would think they need.

I thought the FC needed some proper company so I'm selling the e30 and bought this. It's a 96' FD Type RS, imported from japan, still need to get it registered over here and work out a few bugs but it should be my streetcar in a few weeks if all goes well.
The volvo is
