Thanks for all the wonderful stuff in this thread and keeping us updated. You guys are very skilled in what you do and can do a lot of things. The car looks very good and I hope you put some video up once you fire the thing up. I can't recall if you addressed the exhaust earlier in this thread.
Will the exhaust be open, or muffled? That thing would sound sweet with an open megaphone out the back of the car. If you have to drive it on the street, I imagine you will need a muffler, but you could make a quick disconnect after the muffler and bolt on the megaphone for midnight runs off in the sticks. The fireballs backing off in 3rd & 4th gear at night would be sweet. We used to do this many years ago with our RX2's.
Great job.

You rarely ever use the Buck (the positive rendering and template for a mold) for the end part. There are numerous reasons.
It is usually made from a combination of materials like he described, plus you usually want to retain the original Buck in case your mold (the negative rendering) becomes damaged, or you simply wear it out from producing parts. Tooling the Buck is the most time consuming process of fabbing parts. It also requires the most thought, so that your mold doesn't stick to it. If you use a multipiece mold and have compound curves angles and sides like this piece, it become even more important to think about the design.
If you ever intended to make a one off part from a buck, you usually sculpt and carve it out of low density foam, and skin it in CF or Fiberglass and then hollow out the foam inner core with chemicals and/or elbow grease.

first i can post some more pictures of my brake setup.
here you have the whole unit that I have in the engine bay, this is where i can adjust the brakes between front and rear
I adjust it by turning this rod here, what i do when i turn it is that I move the center of the "pin" from the brakepedal from one or another side between the two pumps
I also have an valve inside in the car that i can use for adjusting when i'm driving and it suddenly start to rain or something.
And then some more pics of the headlights:
Here are the mold finished and taked apart, all in fiberglass this time, ready for making a new one in CF
And here can you see the mold beeing maked, haven't separated the mold from the dummy-model yet on this picture

This is so inspiring. Believe it or not I was giving up on my 82 project today(chop it up sell all parts). After seeing you get down a granny's 8.8 and respeed steering kit won't break me, back to work.
GREAT JOB!
More research and noob questions for me.
Thanks Norwegian_rotary and rx7club
