have you ever tried to drive a car on a track without power steering for hours?

You need realy strong arms to be able to do that, i know you get better feeling with the road by driving without, but its worth to have a little less felling with the road by making it a little more comfortable to drive. this car will also be used on the road so good to have some comfort in it

After seeing this thread for the first time . . . . . . .

You are my new hero for the next 3 hours.

Tell me more about the brakes. I hate the stock brake set up, yours looks much cleaner.

The brakes are as following:
I have two master pumps, one for rear brakes, and one for front. theese two pumps are connected with a threaded axle between the pumps and so a normal rod from this axle in to the pedal, the reason with a threaded axle here is beacause then i can adjust the pressure between the front and rear brakes by turning this one or the other side.

comming with a picture later.

Then I also have a hydraulic e-brake that is also connected to the same line as the pump for the rear brakes.

Nice work on those brakes. How heavy is the pedal? They do not look like a heavily boosted power set up.

RX-7 club man law.

If you mention a girlfriend, lady friend, female friend or wife, or sister or any woman in general, you are supposed to provide a picture for the leg humpers here.
They have all seen my GF, so they leave me alone.

Things are in progress.

Made a cover over the power steering pump of CF just to hide it and also to protect myself in case of leaks.
First i maked a mold out of an alu sheet, the maked a CF part out of this one.

So, here you have a pic of it.

Also started on fitting in the headlights now, first I made a alu piece that fitted in the hole for the headlights, then i cut a hole in this alu piece so the FD headlight fitted in it, then I attached theese two parts together by using sikaflex, and then i have to use bondo and a lot of time to make everything look good before i make a mold out of it a makes it in CF

first the alu piece attached to the headlight

then some bondo
