Yeah, they are.. well, stock replacement anyways lol. I didn't buy the shocks and they had some under body coating sprayed on them so I couldn't even tell you what they are but I don't think they're anything special.

Thanks
I had a guy in a first gen Protege pull up next to me today at a light and said nice car and whatever but he said it didn't sound like it was a 12a.. once I told him the exhaust is straight through to a Magnaflow muffler he realized why it sounded different lol.

I changed the oil today, while doing so I found out my drain plug temp sensor from the Protege fits even better than it did on the Protege so that's now on the 7 and my oil temp gauge from my Miata is hooked up. I have both cars wired for the gauge now so just a quick swap and it'll be ready to use in the Miata again. I didn't wash her today though because it was raining a bit and is pouring down now and I might need to go somewhere.. so instead I just went out for some dirt road fun.
Oh, and I actually got 4.5 quarts of oil back out this time!

Update: She lost weight =0
It's a good 15 pounds and that's not any of the interior stuff, I'm gonna dig into that later. Oh, and I lost my RPM signal somehow... gotta figure that one out too lol.
