i appreciate and respect the time and effort that went in to building this car....but c'mon guys an FB is supposed to look like an FB and an FD is supposed to... well...look like an FB. taking away the classic lines and character from an FB is just plain garbage and a slap in the face to FB owners. if you want your car to look like an FD, go buy an FD.

hey guys, its been a long while. i had to give up on the project and sell the car because i had no more time for it because of new things in my life (new house, new car, new baby, new siberian husky and most importantly, because im in the CHP process). now for the people who dont know what CHP stands for, its "California Highway Patrol." anyhow, i didnt want to just sell the 7 to anyone random off the streets who know jack about the car or rx7's and rotaries in general. i sold it to one of my friends. he said he will finish it up and i can be there to put in my .02 cents and aid in completing the remainder of the project by supervising his body shop guy.
those of you thinking the car is gone and its another failed project, its not...its just hibernating. its still at my dad's shop waiting to get picked up. one thing i had to change was the fuel pump...guess it froze up. but as soon as i did, it fired right up after a year of sitting. guess u can say, "the project has just begun"
stay tuned guys. ill get the updates as soon as he starts on it. he is a nurse so busy schedule as well.

i did try negotiating with a company, but they didnt want to give me any royalties for it....they just wanted to give me a full kit and 1 piece/part(hood, bumper, etc.) of my choice in carbon fiber. it was lame so i dropped the deal. it was with the company extreme dimensions
