Thanks, the downpipe is not in the photo but I've test fitted it. It fits great and very easy to remove/install with the V-Band. Charlie did a great job fabricating this exhaust manifold for me.

Well I am already out of that stage and have my own shop so I work on the car whenever I want with all the tools I needed =].

Makes everything just that much easier!

Anyways, I blew the engine when I was attending automotive technologies LOLZ. Carelessness and stupidity kicked in =P.

Have a fuel starvation problem? Hyperion had the solution to this =]

You can order them HERE <--- CLICK

I couldnt find any online guide or installation notes on this. I believe it came in couple pieces of instruction with the surge cover. I will post those up later tonight IF I can even find it. Unless someone has the info and would like to share it with us!

After extensive search, here is an attachment of:

single turbo vacuum diagram
oil catch can routing
boost controller and boost gauge hook up
boost control solenoid and/or WG solenoid hook up

All in one that might be helpful for those who are interested converting to single turbo and wanted to add some goodies or two.

This attachment is only for SINGLE TURBO with ALL emission and charcoal canister/PCV system removed with OMP system blocked off.

There is NO OMP in the graph because I've removed the OMP and this WILL require premix in the fuel tank.

All "Tee" points in this diagram require to be BRASS, not plastic (because plastic will melt under high heat in the engine bay)

The routing of the oil catch can is actually what Damian suggested. I just basically put it down on paper =)

If I have made ANY mistakes, please feel free in correcting me and I will remap this diagram for the needs of us who are going for single turbo. Hope this can be helpful!

A little changed to the vacuum diagram on the wastegate routing.

I want to note that the PURGE SOLENOID and FPR SOLENOID has been removed because I've removed my PURGE system which includes (purge valve, pure solenoid, charcoal canister and related hoses/pipes). As for the FPR solenoid, I am using an aftermarket AEROMOTIVE fuel pressure regulator, therefore the OEM FPR solenoid is NOT needed.

Here it is:

Thumbs up

Nice work so far, I blew my motor and let it sit during/after college as well. Good to see you getting it back together.

Also wanted to say thanks for the vacuum diagram, I used you're previous version when finishing my car.

why not just take the factory wiring to the pump where you cut it and run it to the coil of the contactor (relay) that you're using? this way the pump runs the same way it wouldve but just with more voltage supplied to it.

Brad.

EDIT: like first diagram shows.

Brad,

I am actually performing the First diagram fuel pump wire relay. I just found this one upon reading some member's thread and I thought I'd share it.

I need to get that surge protector for the tank, thanks for reminding me where to buy it. If you wouldn't mind taking pictures while you're doing the wiring for the fuel pump I would be eternally grateful.

Thumbs up bodyshop photo updates part 2

Everything is not really done yet but just preping for paint and have not been perfectly alignment because I needed a light housing to match the fenders, front bumper and hood.

Whereas for the rear quarter panels, I m waiting for my wheel spacers to come in so they can perfectly match it and shaping the inner side of the fender wheel.

The car is finally coming together, I cant wait till I can put the heart back into her and bring her back alive!!!
