Pimp my Ride: The Batmobile Edition

So I installed my MoTeC CDL3 dash in over the weekend, let me know what everyone thinks! Anyways, I am still not 100% confident in driving it more than just around the block. The CDL3 was wired wrong by MoTeC and I have to switch some things. Here I thought it was a software issue until I tried every possible configuration known to the program, wasting 12 hours trouble shooting, to only find out that two wires need to be switched.
Anyway, I got my undertray from Rich at IR Performance and got a lot of electrical stuff out of the way. I respectfully requested them to roll it up and send it over, let it sit for a day, and it flattened itself out. I fixed the crankcase ventilation, coolant overflow, engine grounding, light tuning with fuel trim and test fitted the Advan RZ wheels I have had forever.

I think it is in a horrible location for visibility. What do you plan to use the dash for? It should be basically in your line of sight when driving the car so you do not have to take your eyes off of the road for too long when trying to read the dash.

I really wish they had the 'Cash for Clunkers' deal going on. The FR-S has really been growing on me as of late. My frustration for this car continues to grow and in all the years I've had with this vehicle (almost a decade), I have put on maybe 10,000 miles. I never enjoyed the car and there is just nothing left for me. Over a year ago I came to the realization that this car will just never run. Here we are, a year later and the same thing has been redone to the the car more than twice. I have lost all motivation for this vehicle and I no longer have the room or time to devote to this car. I've really wanted to show the world what I am able to do with my aerospace knowledge and composites. I sent in a kevlar powerplant frame to Wyle Laboratories for testing and they need another one to complete the test. But with my job, I often get put on assignment and the timeframe can range from a few days to whenever the case is closed. This car gives me nothing in return and has not run in 5 years.
To further complicate things, the car has gotten me evicted from my apartment complex and I have to do as much as I can before the end of the month. I was given a cease and desist letter to stop working on my car, but continued to work on it in the middle of the night. Well, I got caught again and was given an eviction notice. I can see why they are upset, my car is currently parked on a bouncy parking structure with about a 20 degree gradation and is not a stable environment to pull an engine and put it up on jack stands. When my car slid off the jack stands the first time, it punctured a hole through the frame. I just hope a collision place can fix it. I really do not want to be under this car anymore than I have to while listening to is bounce on jack stands.
Currently, the MoTeC is not reading lambda and the tune currently has a redline of over 16,000 RPMs. Also, the rear main seal failed after 20 miles on it, the oil pan was leaking from the front cover and the Meziere electric water pump adapter was leaking on the coolant exit side as well. Furthermore, I am not going to get into the details of who did what but I do have to drop the engine back in this weekend.
On a lighter note, I was able to source a new wankel compressor and a 20B.

So my POS engine is back in. But I did not have enough time to bolt it to the engine and get it properly seated. I just fear for the car sliding off the jack stands again while I'm under it. So the whole thing is just sitting on the frame. **** it, I don't care. This car has has ruined my life enough as it is.

If you really believe this car has ruined your life, then why not part ways with it?
We all know that these cars preferably need a little more attention than most cars. I'm sorry your life sounds to have gone down the drain. I don't know what has been happened but I hope things work out the best for you. I've been following your build thread with anticipation and would hate for you to get hurt while working on this car in unsafe conditions.

You know......as Fd owners I think were truly tested in ways that other car enthusiasts are not. But the truth is....if this car is putting a damper on your life, then maybe it would be beneficial for you to put the car on the back-burner until you straightened out your life. Find a nice place that you feel comfortable residing in and go from there. Maybe even pawn the car off and start fresh. All I can really say is follow your heart....i've never regretted following my heart. Anyways, hope everything works out for you! take care man!

Davin, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Let me know if I can help and or if you decide to want to "get out" of the car pm me what you're asking. Just think of all the good times we had at Deals Gap and all the times you shocked and awed us all. Take care bud!

I just took another try and trying to get this engine mated to the transmission. I am just damaging my car more and more. After 5 hours I just fell to my knees and broke out in tears. I don't know what I am going to do. I was going to live in a hotel and try and trailer my car somewhere, but I need my car running since there is no way a trailer would fit in my parking structure. ****, I even have to give away my cat. I have so much going on in my head that I cannot focus. And I am jeopardizing my career too.
