Have you guys seen this group buy from IRP? Quite honestly I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of making mine if I knew they were going to make those. Check it out.

Your build is looking GREAT. The attention to detail is inspiring me.

Nice work. Looks like you've taken the exact same route as me with my 20B build...sprayed fender wells, powdercoated suspension with new bushings, new hubs with extended studs, coated subframe, converted rack, etc. You're a step ahead with the cage though. Looks good.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys... I'm FINALLY starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Tom - Seriously, now I just need to get my hands on a 20B motor lol. Hey, what ever happened to your build thread?

My CF ducts are the original Crooked Willow's. Bought them used years back and they worked great on the track on my old FD. No interference but I did have to shim them with a couple washers to get them to sit flush with the rotor eye.

I have new build threads for both my FDs on "the other forum", but haven't updated them in recently.
Keep up the awesome work.

Love the updates as always!

Ahh, the reps with the group buy on here a few years back I got were garbage. I got so frustrated with them I eventually just took a 5lb hammer to mine.

Yup, he's building it just for you! I mean isn't that half (or some percentage) the fun of driving these cars? Remembering every little detail you put into the car. The time you spent busting your knuckles on some stupid stud that was sticking out....Or punching yourself in the face when the wrench slipped? Besides you wouldn't give up that sweet new turbo setup
Love the updates as always!

What I love about your build thread Mike is that you're pretty much building a new FD from the ground up. I love the attention to detail, I'm paranoid about the underbody looking good and your build passes the test. Love it! Can't wait till this thing is on a track.

Nice build...!! Very impressive attention to details...
Am working on a road race FD here at the other side of the world, do you have a Plumbing / Wiring diagram for the Fuel Surge Tank with the stock fuel tank ??
Thanks.

Have you thought about a returnless fuel setup?

Decided to have some fun today making this diagram for the plumbing on my surge tank with internal Bosch pump system. As for wiring, nothing special, both pumps will be powered by one big relay which is triggered by the ECU.
