Never seen any training manual, that is something nice to look up.
And i also read that you're right, but again, it is what i've been told and it made sence because it is connected to the uim as long as i got the car.

Where the trailing arm meets the lower control arm there is no bearing to allow for suspension compression and rebound. The arm is constrained at the joint. Eventually that will fatigue and crack. When that happens I do not want to be anywhere near you if that happens.

Does anyone know where exactly to buy the replacement Supernow Spherical Bushings. I am looking to get 4-8 replacements. I assume the front offset LCA are the same units as all the other. I've confirmed the following measurements with the bushing pressed in place:
W 17mm, B 14mm & O 18.9mm are good.
Without knowing more information, this is the ONLY bushing I could find the meeting the dimensions I know:
MBW14CR/MBW14VCR at eminebea here:
Spherical Bearing
I NEED TO CONFIRM "Diameter" D and Case "Height" H as I don't have a press here and can't remove the spherical bushing. I was hoping to have the replacement on hand when I go to the shop for the press to make it one trip. If anyone knows the dimensions or the exact part number / replacement unit (I image from NMB Japan), please let me know where to get it.
Thanks
Jake

Surge tank w/internal Bosch 044 pump mounted to rear subframe.
Brackets mounted with metric rivnuts.
Riveted strips of rubber for cushion...
All mounted up with sandwiched rubber strips under clamps for added cushion. Also decided on Porsche 911 filter since it allows metric to AN adapters...plus filter is available locally and under $15.
Now I will be powdercoating the subframe before everything goes back in.

Thanks. And yeah, there is enough space up there as long as the surge tank is tucked up far enough to clear the protruding lip off the oem tank. The location I mounted on the subframe is also a low spot and offered some more clearance. I'll take some mounted pics later after I pick up the frame from powder coater and install it.

Transmission tunnel and oem heat shields degreased...also added DEI heat shield that's good up to 1,750F. Wanted to make sure the electronics directly above the tunnel stay cool.
Cleaned up and painted the front wheel wells... This pic is after cleaning twice!
This is after wire wheel, primer and truck bed lining paint.
Freshly powder coated subframe and manual rack from Chips Motorsports installed with Superpro bushings.
Started to put the suspension together with some old Koni coilovers so I can at least start rolling her around for now... will install the CF brake ducts and AP BBK later.
ARP extended wheel studs on brand new hubs...

Also bolted up freshly powder coated rear subframe with mounted fuel surge tank and filter... these pics show the clearance for the 4" OD tank.
Rear lower control arm with bearings installed... my friend machined a housing out of aluminum that accepts the bearings with a C-clip. Also had it offset a 1/4" over for more negative camber range.
New stock dust covers fit nice and snug over the high misalignment spacers and keeps them from popping out of the bearing.
