My Street/Track Definite Keeper Build
#63
I spent Saturday and Sunday getting everything ready for install. As usual, all the instructions are in Japanese. For what it's worth, I used to work in the after market parts industry for YEARS and had the pleasure to purchase, unbox and help install almost every major brand there is and nothing comes close to the quality of HKS and their details.

a couple of things
1) what are you going to do with the feed hood
2) what type of vehicle wrap did you use and how much
I am wrapping mine in orafol 970 RA and don't think that 10 yards is enough
should i get 25 yards to be safe?

2) I used Arlon and that **** was a bitch to work with. I recently just helped my friend with 3M and that was an incredibly easy vinyl to work with. Then again, this was my first timing vinyl wrapping something. I recommend at 20 yards. I did mine with a little less but it's good for when you mess up.

Due to my HKS intercooler getting in the way, I had to get a new tow hook other than the Feed one. Thankfully Griffith Performance Engineering has one that replaces the stock tow hook and still works with the Feed bumper. They have two versions and the one I have is the cwest/re amemiya style one since the other one has too much of a bend. It also worked with my aftermarket oil cooler so that's a big plus. The only drawback is that there's a small tab that you have to bend to get this to fit.

I like the color scheme you've got going on.
Do you have any pictures of the mounting of the wing to the chassis? It looks like it would sit right where the plastic closeout pieces are and I don't remember seeing anything that looked like it could take significant load back there.
