Brad.
You mean all this stuff?

I'm pretty sure it's mentioned in the thread. The oil and water lines, and egt, abs and wideband line (anything close to the turbine) are covered in DEI Fire Sleeve. I also used less extreme thermo-tec and DEI sleeving on the heater hoses and engine wiring harness. You can source it all from Summit Racing.

They're 18x9.5 +45, and I actually have them for sale right now.

I still have the Fikses, these were purchased for track wheels.

I actually love the RPF1s, I'm looking for a similar set in a different finish. Otherwise I plan to keep them.... $1500 for wheels and tires for the track is a hard deal to beat

Cool - I guess you're after a set in their shiny SBC coating?

In the "I really wish I got that on video" category, running only 14 psi I walked a 450 rwhp R32 Skyline this weekend from a 40 punch up to about 130 or so. Pretty fast car, but I pulled him steadily in all gears.

Gordon
Thanks G, I appreciate your sage insight . You're 100% correct...... but I definitely plan to turn up the boost. 20 psi on 93+water inj has been the goal for some time now. I actually ran 20 psi on a poorly tuned map but didn't extract the potential of my setup.

Once Kahren comes back we're going to make some more runs at 1 bar which should yield better results than last time. Then onwards to 20

Rich, what goodies will we be seeing next on your baby? You showed us teaser pics a while ago...so what is next?

No excuses; we know you have been getting her out on the road and enjoying her...But don't keep us waiting too long....
Well D, you've seen some of the pics now, what do you think? Billy isn't quite on par with Stitch, but I'm hoping they'll get to be friend soon

yeah, the heat shielding isn't exactly cheap, it's crazy how much they charge for that stuff

That is the DDMac special edition Limpy Dolphin Jasma II, to be exact

Is there a specific reason you chose a FMIC over the ever-so-popular V-mount setups?

i suppose the reason you got no attention at that meet, is because its not polite to fap in public, thats what the internet at home is for...........
gorgeous car, unbelieveable, complete eye candy
i like how pretty much every single detail has been thought through, all the way down to the bracket for the gm sensor, thats just badass.

I think I heard mention of a FEED wing that I don't spy in any of those pics...if you change your mind we should talk

Oh and p.s. hun....Billy is the bomb! I wanted him to pick the bigger one in the store we were shopping in, but I have a better idea for one anyways! And Stitch and Scrump maybe jealous...much more rare...

p.p.s...ewww that's dirty!...sweet melody...

i guess i missed this thread because i simply don't frequent the Gen III sections all that often, but i must say i read every page and it was nothing short of bloody amazing!

i can't wait to see what the final tuning results are. in that vein, have you done another compression test recently? the last one i remember seeing was around 1000 miles in the 120s.

Car looks fantastic Rich! Just wondering why you choose to replace your rear-view mirror?

Riz, that's a really good question. Perhaps because I have a problem ?

Some more updates, sorry for the lack of pics.

my Nardi 350mm Deep Corn FINALLY came in, to be installed shortly.

Uras 99 spec combo lights, Mazda Flying M emblems, FEED sideskirts and FEED Type 2 wing also sitting awaiting install. I'm wondering if I should paint the ends of the wing Vintage Red or flat black as seen here:

I just ordered a boatload of Defi BF gauges, I plan to replace my link series II (which light up green at night) with the BF, which light up amber. This includes oil temp and oil pressure, and they'll match nicely a 2002 cluster that I recently ordered from Rotary Boutique/Pure RX7. I also scored an authentic Border gauge pod (mickey mouse style) to mount the extra gauges.

Pic of the Border mount:

I also signed on for the Sake Bomb Garage Projector HID headlight GB as well, I recommend everyone take a peek in the thread

All car builds deserve a break

Me and Rich shot the **** and had a few drinks, good times.

Note: I don't think Rich knew you're supposed to dump the old limes after each drink....
