btw just posted an update.
anybody know what this wire wrapped in aluminum foil is? it was hanging inside the back right part of the car.. it was chilling by the antenna module....

the "stuff" in your eyes when you switch on the HVAC is the foam seal that is on nearly every vent/tube in the HVAC system and on the blower housing and the heater core.
Lowes/Home Depot has something that replaces that, don't remember what its called tho, and it dont break up when it ages
