i ordered a set of kyb agx struts and shocks from JDMWERKS on ebay,
i received them and after open to inspect them i noticed one of the adjusting ***** on the struts was broken off, and that the 2 struts were similar but made slightly differently, one came in a blue box, the other in black.

after several e-mails and no responses i called KYB, they said that the struts were 2 different versions, one newer, one older. same product though, but being sent 2 different ones they said was odd. they also said they would send me new adjusting *****, very nice of them

so i continue to try to contact JDMWERKS, with no reply so finally i leave bad feedback :

From ME : JDMWERKS Will not return my e-mails, opened box and strut adjusting **** is damaged

Replied from him: HOW ABOUT YOU PICKUP THE PHONE AND CALL FOR A NEW ****, !!?


so i get abit upset then i check the feedback he has left for me :


*HORRIBLE* STAY AWAY AT ANY COST, WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN WILL BE BLOCKED


he has no phone number listed to contact him by.

this guy may have excellent prices for struts but he has horrible business etiquette. please be warned if you buy from him he will not respond to any e-mails at all.

 

i have now started receiving e-mails from other buyers that are having problems with him

 

whew, i ordered struts from him on ebay, and just clicked "buy now" then for some reason i decided to just get coilvoers and told him to leave negative feedback. i'm glad i did.
