I purchased a pair of FD housings from Fsunoles06, which I received 10/14/07. I paid $430 shipped for them, and was assured by Fsunoles06 that they were, to quote exactly, "excellent rotor housings with < 8k on them." From the pictures he sent me, they actually didn't look too bad, but when I got them it was a different story.
I immediatly noticed that the coolant jackets were covered in rust and hardwater deposits, and there was severe edge wear on one of the housings. I was dissapointed in the overall condition of the housings, as they appeared to have far more than 8k miles and were in shitty condition. I asked for a refund on one of them, then shipped it back to Fsunoles06 and recieved a paypal refund of $200, with me eating the $15 shipping cost.
The other housing looked acceptable at the time until I took it into work to clean it up and prepare it for PP and doweling machining. After wire brushing some of the crud off of the sides, I immediatly noticed that there was severe pitting on both the inner and outer o-ring seats. This pretty much renders the housing scrap, so I asked for a refund of the remaining $230 I had paid.
After sending a few PM's, I received this as a response:
Thats the last response I've recieved, so I guess I have to eat the $230 for the scrap housing and try to find another one.
Here are a few pics of the damaged housing:

Hello, I apologize for the lack of response. I've recieved all of your pms.
However, I am very reluctant to refund a transaction from months ago. I do not feel it is a fair request for you to ask me to return funds which are no longer available to me and to be refunded for an item which you've had adequate time to inspect.
As with most people, the holidays hit hard and I am not in any financial position to be able to refund you at this time.
