You talked to me on the phone and said you would take care of it. I gave you Gary's number and he has yet to hear from you after the initial call. When you stated you would mail him a check. This is bad business. I myself have called several times asking for you and I get the same response. "Ryan isn’t here; he will be in the office in 5 minutes ill have him call you back..." You never call back. You need to get this cleared up. This has gone on for over a month. I paid my part of the freight. According to you it was your brother that checked the freight collect box. Finish the sale and pay the bill to Diamond Nets...

You suck. Im still waiting for my flywheel. You got the bumper Jan 8th and I still dont have the flywheel nor have I heard from you in nearly a month.

 

They are good guys, they do lag on parts a little bit tho, it took them awhile to get me my RE motor but they did come through on it. stop by the shop.

 

Throughout the years I have done alot of business with R & R. I have had nothing but great experiences with their work and would send my own mother over there to work on her cars. They are great people, that are experienced Mazda rotary fanatics. Hopefully, this miscommunication can be promptly resolved. Nobody wants to get burned for a couple hundred bucks. Thanks a million R & R !

This guy sent r&r a engine that had internal damage. They built a brigeport with good internal for $2200. This guy expect them to pay shipping. No engine engine builder I know pays for shipping. Quick spool you need to grow up!!! Call Steve and settle this. He maybe slow but he does take care of his buisness.
