Tweakit.net! Never again!

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with getting parts from Tweakit.net in Australia. I put in an order for my Rx-4 on February 10th 2010 for 13B 4 port light steel flywheel with a new Mazda ring gear pressed on and for a clutch to go along with it. Paid $233.30 for SHIPPING air mail. No big deal thinking well it has to come from Australia so I'll pay that much. Got an email a few days later from Angus there saying that the clutch was on backorder so they sent the flywheel out first and the clutch was sent a few days later. I forget now how much time passed, but I did get a package in the mail a couple of weeks later and it was the clutch. Great, but where is the flywheel? I waited a few more weeks and sent them an email about it. They reply that it has probably gotten mixed up in the mail and that it should show up in a few more weeks. Also they said that there is no tracking available on air mail packages. So I wait another month or so and still nothing. Email again and get the same answer. Wait a little longer and at this point not having the flywheel had put building my Rx-4 on hold. Still no flywheel shows, so I email them again. Each time it takes longer and longer for them to reply back. Once they did reply it was the same old story, must have gotten lost in the mail and it is being shipped by sea. It will either turn up back in Australia or it will show up at my door. Fast forward to today (NOVEMBER!) and I still haven't heard or seen of my flywheel. I sent an email again to them a few days ago and haven't gotten a reply back yet. Any ideas on what I could do? I really just want my flywheel. Is that too much to ask from a company that is suppose to be selling a product and offers international shipping? I'll attach a copy of the invoice as well so there is proof I bought and paid for the part.

Well it's now over the 1 year mark and still nothing at all. No responses to me emails and no flywheel has shown up at my door. Any suggestions?

Not sure...but I've been dealing with them for a few years now. Also, I just recently purchased fuel rails from them and promptly received them within a week.

I've been emailing with the owner I believe. I can send you his contact info if you'd like?

That would be great if you could. I'm not sure if my emails are even getting through to the correct people anymore. For all I know they aren't even with the business anymore. A lot can happen in a years time.

They kept telling me that it was lost in shipping and that eventually it should turn up. I waited patiently, then got on their case about it and kept getting the same story every time. Eventually I just got sick of even trying to get anywhere with this whole situation, but I am out like over $400 so I kind of want some justice out of this. In a year I would have hoped it would have turned up somewhere.
