come and pick up the spark plug wires, distributor and power steering pump. why is that so difficult?

So....you showed him where all of these parts were on his car, and yet you suddenly have them back at your shop, waiting for him to come and get them? How could those parts be in two places at once?

Like I told you before, the truth doesnt need a lie to stand on. You can claim all you like that youre done communicating, but the problem is that you never started communicating. The very first time I contacted you with questions about why your story didnt add up, you INSTANTLY got all pissed off at me, declared that you were going to complain to RX7Doctor that I was not giving you a fair shake, and insulted me left and right. I still have all the PM's....would you like to review them again? The very instant I didnt blindly jump on your bandwagon, you decided that I was the bad guy. And all I did was point out contradictions in YOUR OWN ACCOUNT OF THIS DEAL as you told it to me. Did I change a single word of what you emailed me or how you posted that account here? Didnt think so.

Bottom line, you lied your *** off. you got caught. And now youre all pissed because I called a spade a spade. If the guy owes you money--LEGITIMATELY OWES YOU MONEY--you are entitled to get it. But all the invoices you sent me do not show this massive amount of money you keep talking about. So, either you didnt send me all the invoices or youre lying now....which is it?

 

Aftre 5 pages of this drama, it seems clear to me that the OP and the VENDOR are the ones that need to get together and find a solution..
NO ONE on this forum, member OR moderator, has any legal right to tell either one of them what to do. This is a PUBLIC forum and holds no legal status with any issues that have been brought forth...

If I were you, I would go reread your terms of service that you agreed to when you signed up here. The terms of service doesnt exactly agree with you. It is true that we are not cops, that we have no legal standing to force someone to do something, but this is NOT a public forum where the public gets to say and do whatever it wants without consequence. As one of the moderators, it is my job to get involved in deals like this one and to address the problems that come up. This isnt about me and I never tried to make it about me. It is about someone whose dishonest business practices need to be addressed, period. There are at this time multiple complaints about this particular vendor, and it is only in all of our best interest to get things resolved. Then again, every member here has been asked not to post in this thread unless they are one of the parties involved, or a moderator. Being that you just told us how you read all five pages, you obviously have seen the three times where moderators of this forum have requested that everyone else not post here or they will get a ban. You chose to ignore that and post anyways. At that point, its only right that you get the same that everyone else before you has. Go read your terms of service--this is not a public forum, nor is it a democracy. I didnt make those rules, but you DID agree to follow them when you joined.
