I've yet to see anyone with a RS car running any respectable times with your self-proclaimed "kick *** parts". Bro, you're a dime a dozen in this community and we honestly dont need your kick *** poor service. If we want to get ripped off by shops who actually do compete (without naming names in here) and continually develop parts, there are other places to go (with the financial means to back up mistakes). Sounds like you're hanging by a thread here - otherwise give this guy what he wants and cut your losses.

I'm betting you're in a position where you do NOT carry insurance on the building/shop and the customer cars. From the sounds of it you're struggling to hang in there and after this saga is finished - I'm thinking you will be too, because, anyone who does their research first will find this thread (and the countless others) where you/RS are being pointed at without anything positive to say about you/RS.

I hope you have another means/education to provide for yourself and family because man you are failing at this rotary thing.

 

About the email, i understand hes being frustrated and overwhelm at work. And i feel that he didnt really mean on what he has said. And i understand that.

What lets me down is the good new about my order and find out that it isn't really done. I'll i wanted was solid update on my order and a solid dead line. No extra waiting.

Robert, this is a new year and a good starting point for u and ur business. Hope the best of luck on a new beginning. Just look at the past and hopefully don't let the past repeat itself.

lol are you serious? im busier now than ever before, thats part of the reason i cant get stuff done quick enough. its hard to do all the shipping, build parts, build motors, go to the tracks with customers etc. ive been doing this a loooooong time and dont need to worry about another line of work but thanks for the concern

Amigo you are not the only be waiting for parts As another Members were waiting too.
I was waiting for my car the first time almost one year....to be finish.
Robert got paid for the job done... in less than 2 weeks the car broke ....
He took the car back saying he will be repaired and made me wait 10 months
(to buy the time) then will try to make me believe The car got overheated
because the Used radiator I provided him ..what I joke... I haven't born yesterday...
What ever legal action I supposed to do before now is in its the way...
And I hope he doesn't change his business name like he did on the past....

Another of his former customers gave him $2000 in the front and nothing has done on his car for 4 months .. He ended up taking his car to another shop......

so how did it go with getting your interest only home loan modification ? did you just claim it was the banks fault and it there is alot of other unhappy customers ? lol..
you gotta know what your getting yourself into.... you supplied a sub standard radiator and your motor burned up. bottom line . its your fault , you got exactly what you paid for with the parts you supplied. yes, i took a long time to get your motor torn down but the engine failure was your fault. look how long it takes a bank to mod your loan,m and all the interest/ etc goes on the back end. you end up paying the price in the end.
