First off, jack, Doc is already aware of the "actions against kerebrus", as you call it, as well as all the other moderators and admins involved. Other threads have already been locked by other moderators because speaking for a third party is not allowed in here. You all know this, so let's stop playing make-believe already, shall we?

Apparently he had plenty of time to change several points about his story, both in emails and PM's to me as compared to his "official" account in the current thread. It's fully that you mention tenaz, his story has been the same all along--ROB is the one that keeps changing his claims....



You will "make sure"?? Sounds a bit like some sort of threat.....you had better check the terms of service when it comes to addressing the moderating staff round these parts. I'm quite sure that IB agreed to the terms of service you are now violating with BS posts like that. You and I both know that I am far from the only moderator that has spoken to you or racerlinkfc about this problem, so get over yourself. I just want to point some words you used in your side of your history and the other part from your following post :

He then goes on the rx7 club talking **** instead of calling me to talk about it, I see this and immediately bolt the hood on his car wash it and flatbed it to his house. I call him and leave a message that I have all his parts in perfect condition organized in several boxes . I said he could come by and pick them up anytime.

In a few days I will post some pictures on the type of Porting you did on the engine I gave you to rebuilt. Also in the parts you sold me:

*Plenum for the carburator
*Turbo (its loosing its paint)
* Used Intake Manifold

If I miss any please post it so I can take a picture of it (I'm asking you this since you didn't want to give me copy of the invoices you have).

By the way I don't need the copies with the purpose of the proof of payment since You already accepted on you side of your story receiving money from me).

I bought the spark plug cables from fellow member teddyrx2 back in January 2008 as it shows in the picture:
Brand new set ($50).

And also I bought a spare P.s pump from another fellow member Ronz in September 2008.no in the picture ($40)



I'm still waiting for those parts,
are you going to drop it..?
Or maybe you lost it..?
I'm asking you because is almost one week
I checked with Mehraz and he said you didn't drop it yet.

This is a joke. Till today no parts
On Dec. 9th i sent him the "$40" that i owed him. For two oer idle mixture screw. (even though i got 4 of them free from fuji racing) I thought it was included in the second order of $200. but i was whatever n told him if i sent him the $40 that he for sure ship my parts and tracking number the fallowing day. but nothing yet
I don't see y it should take this long. iv orders gifts online on the 17 n got it b4 christmas.

July 22nd (5) months up to date

(August,September,October,November,December ....?) 10 months wow.....

I wonder what it would had happened if I had given him more money in advance for the repair on my car (verbal agreement made on may-june 2009)..? Maybe I would still waiting..? Like this guy still waiting for his customs parts.....?

I believe after seen all this complains he has earned himself ..... He'll be out of business soon because his own fault.
Why..? Simple He doesn't care about the customer He just care making the money in a fast way.

update on this thread


an enforcement agent / investigator for the BAR came out to the shop last week to check out the shack. after 3 hours of showing him everything he asked for he left with about a five page report. he thanked me for my cooperation and said he is going to try to resolve this matter. I might add he was very impressed with some of the projects in the shop and the quality of the workmanship.

Once again, it isnt the quality of your work that is the issue. It's your complete lack of customer service and your history of being utterly dishonest that is the issue. I personally dont care if your quality is the best on the planet--it still would not excuse the actions we have seen here. You have multiple people with multiple complaints about doing business with you, and the quality of some project in your shop does nothing to change that.

Man, I am not even one of your customers, and I caught you lying to me all over the place in this incident. The problem as I see it is that Rotary Shack seems to think that your quality is all that matters. That may work in your thought process but it doesnt work on this forum.

Oh, one more thing. I have been presented with an email from you to a forum member that has been waiting for parts that he paid for, for way longer than is necessary. In this email, you said to him that if he talked trash about you on this forum, you would make him wait a lot longer to get any parts. Parts that HE PAID YOU FOR IN GOOD FAITH. This crap dont fly round these parts, so do us all a favor and stop trying to polish a turd already. That email proves that you are the problem, not the solution.

Second, AT NO TIME have I EVER deleted ANY post from someone who stated that they had a good experience with your shop. as far as the porting , the intake ports were polished, the exhaust ports were opened up alot. its a good combo for driveability with the hybrid turbo
