both are generally similar in that they are pump nozzles systems. delivery is based on the speed of the pump once you have chosen your nozzle size (s).

i ran the Alkycontrol system in 06-07. i chose it because i wanted to run 100% alcohol and that's what AlkyC sells. they probably have sold more 100% Alcohol systems than any other vendor. i also had read the entire Alcohol. Propane and Nitrous section on the TurboBuick board which has over a zillion threads and is all racer stuff. Julio Don is the proprietor of Alkycontrol and is both an Electrical Engineer and a Racer. he is/was always helpful via phone. Julio posts as "Razor" on the Buick board.

my system worked flawlessly. install it forget it. all lines are stainless steel and are cut and finished w fittings to fit YOUR car.

AEM may have a great system but they are new to the space and i have no experience w their offering.

good luck.... you probably will be happy w either.

I have used Alkycontrol, AEM and Coolingmist. I probably prefer the coolingmist over the others just because I like the controller the best. Other than that they all do a good job and havent really had problems with any of them.

Coolingmist has probably been the most RX7 oriented vendor of all the systems. many use the CM product on their FDs. they do have an excellent controller as Jason states. you wouldn't be going wrong w the CM product. Jason has had lots of years and success w the CM AI systems.

I just purchased AEM's brand new kit w/o tank so I can run it from my washer fluid tank. I'll let you know as soon as we get it installed as to how it performs. I believe the price was just under $400.

side note, I was actually the first person in the country to order it
luck!

-Steve

edit: this is the kit http://swervemotorsports.com/aem_adv.../i-237703.aspx

swerve got it for me for $313 plus shipping.
