Anyone ever heard of CSA wheels? pics

I have this posted in the Wheels/Tires/Suspension/Brakes section, but I was wondering if anyone from Australia could help me out.

I bought an '89 NA that came with a set of 15" CSA rims on it. I tried to research them, and couldn't find anything about them except that they are based in Australia and have no dealers in the US. Does anyone know anything about them (model, weight, quality, price, etc.)? Are they worth hanging on to? Pictures:

Any help you guys can give me would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for those links, but I'm looking more for a personal review. Any website that sells something is going to make it look good, but I'm looking more for first-hand experience on quality, weight, price, etc.

I am picking up a set of vert wheels and I want to know if I should sell the CSA's or keep them. Any suggestions?

Also, if anyone knows the name/stlye of these wheels and when they were made then that would be great. Thanks again.

Never been a fan of the wheels myself so never used them. This doesn't make them a bad rim but I have never considered them to be what I am after or the best quality.
If you like the wheels hang on to them if not sell them on. I doubt they will appreciate in value so its upto you, but I do find its nice to have some spare wheels ready.

That's a good point but the problem is I have no where to keep them. Also, I have no idea how much to ask for them because I don't know how much they sold for new so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them.

They are sold mostly at tyre outlets over here rather than performance/modification shops.

They are a fairly low cost brand of rim compared to a lot of brands over here.

I personally haven't had a thing to do with them or know anyone who has, so I can't offer an opinion on what they are like. Sorry.

Once you get them, take a pic, and PM me or post it here and i'll try and find out its specs/price etc for ya.

Well in that case I guess I won't be getting too much for them. Thanks.

They are not the best quality at all, I worked in tire shops for 3 years, they never had good brochures or decent selection of wheels, I think they cater for people wanting wheels on the cheap! so my vote is, sell em or keep em for some skid tires. I think they are quite heavy too.

I took pics of your rims to the tyre dude, umfortunately he couldn't remember any specs on those rims. He did say they are a good rim brand but are by no means a top of the range expensive rim brand. They most likely would have been in the AUS$180 - AUS$280 price range when new.

Here's there website, they may be able to give you more info if ya get in contact with them...www.csaalloywheels.com.au

I've been to their website before... that's how I knew they are in Australia but they didn't have prices or specs on anything there.

Thanks a lot for going out of your way to get that information for me, and I guess I will throw them up on Craigslist and hopefully get a couple hundred bucks for them. I could say they're not sold in the US/hard to get... maybe that will get me a decent amount of cash.

Thanks again!
