Less than 12-months of use (my car was off the road from July 2008-February 2009), and both T-nuts (closest to the front of the car) that mount the wing to the rear-hatch have come loose from the mounting base.
I am VERY careful and do NOT lift or close the rear-hatch via the wing.
IMHO, these type of nuts are not appropriate for a wing as the "teeth" cannot hold into the FRP.
Any ideas on how to fix ?
If you have one of these, check your mounts for seperation. . .
I was driving home and saw the wing slightly lifted, thank goodness I wasn't going very fast . . .
