I have AEM Serial # 0001 and my car is stock except for the 3" Stainless downpipe replacement and the silicone hose job. I have had the AEM in and out a few times and built a Wideband that became a project all on it's own, I need someone with a working wideband unit to test my units calibration against . I have been waiting for someone in the Chicago area (my altitude) to get a stock twin map working well enough to try again. I don't know if I trust the my wideband enough to try the auto tune without some calibration test. I was thinking I should send my ECM unit back to AEM for the hardware updates before I risk my motor. I have had the engine and trans out of my Porsche 930 works car for awhile and just finished it's rebuild so I needed my RX to drive. I have also been chasing a weird low boost on primary for a while and thought AI should get that worked out before I dive into the AEM. I just got a set of low mile twins and hope to get into it this winter. Here in Wisconsin we get manditory down time during winter snow season.

If you're worried about your wideband reading corretly, why not tak your car to a dyno, and compare their wideband against yours?

There is my map. It was with a GM 3bar sensor, 550s and 1300s. Nonsequential twins, full exhaust, intake, CWR intercooler, stock ignition. The light load is way rich, but the WOT was pretty solid.

AEM EMS
(Pettit Racing engine with hurleyrotary rotors)
Street Porting
3mm aphex seals
race corner pins
Race oil rings
Race clearanced internal gears
oil crankshaft pins mod

Pettit Stage3 big intercooler
Race down pipe
Race mid pipe
Race Catback
AEM UEGO wide band O2 sensor
stock twin turbos
stock ingectors
Stock fuel pump

I'm working at 6 psi at this moment because I'm making the fuel map, and I don't really know well the max ingector duty, I fix the cool starting problem and the idle.
It running too rich from 3000 to 4000 , and then betwin 11,8 at 5200 . to 11,4 at 8000it runs very well to been only at 6 psi. I want to rice the boost to 10 but first I have to be sure that I will not have problems.
I atached the cal file into a zip next

AEM EMS
Wideband
1600cc secondary, stock primary
Stock Motor 61,000
Sequential Setup
GM 3bar MAP
Twin Walbro Fuel pumps
Front Mount Intercooler
Downpipe, resonated midpipe, Borla 3" XR1
HKS Twinpower
Pulleys
Blitz Blowoff
Blitz Boost controller

I swith the vacuum lines to the 2 turbo actuators and run the primary turbo using the AEM Boost map. This allows you to tune when you prespool the 2nd turbo using duty cycle, instead of an on/off switch. I then control the 2nd turbo using the boost controller. My map probably could you some more fine tuning "prespool" map, but I haven't messed with it much, as I will have a 20b going in soon.

As was posted in another thread in the tech section, be sure to put a regulator in the line that goes to the pressure chamber. When you start running higher boost, the turbo control solenoid will stick open if it is over-pressurized, and you will end up having to chase weird boost problems after you pull once over 13-14 psi. I use a Norgren R07-100-RGAA regulator between the check valve and the pressure chamber.
You can order it at: http://www.jhf.com/CatalogHtml/0676.htm

Here is a link to where you can download my map, as I couldn't get it to attach

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention. I modified my fuel pump relay to always run in 12v mode, as it wasn't switching when it should have been.

The unit fried for no reason. Till this day not sure why. I didn't touch the unit, only Jason from AEM dyno tuned it and Jeff from Rotary Power filled in the rest to have the car running perfect from cold start to the stalling problems. Loaded the map again, ran perfect.
