planning on doing the infinity 8, so curious to see this thread progress.

also, cost on these things has come way down.

On the Infinity 8 or 8h? they are different ECUs and very different price ranges.

probably the 8h

Unless you are running a 4 Rotor you will want the Infinity 6. If you use the 8h you will loose 2 low side drivers and 2 digital inputs. For 2 and 3 rotor engines those functions are worth more than the 2 injector/coil outputs of the 8h.

running a 2 rotor with sequential twins, so the 6 is what I want?

thanks

If you want to run Sequential turbos you will need the 6 or go up to the 8. You will need to get creative to control the sequential turbos. The 6 does not have enough outputs to control everything the FD needs and sequential turbos. You can run parallel or a simplified sequential setup.

I should clarify, going to run simplified sequential

They do run rotaries 13b and 20b, omp does work, afm is supported, multiple trigger patterns for fc cas, fd 12-1, 36-1, fd wasted spark and direct fire, trailing ignition does work, 2nd stage and a 3rd staged injection work.

EB Turbo has the Long answer changed? I am looking for an ECU to run my 20B (Single turbo, no OMP, street with occasional track duty FD on E85.) I'm replacing a PS2000 to upgrade to either an Infinity or Haltech Elite, but as I understand it both ECU's are still in there infancy stages... Please advise regarding your Long answer quote above.

I think that quote was taken a little out of context. The Infinity will run and has been running 2 and 3 rotor engines for a while now. The area that was lacking was the FD PnP and Sequential turbo support. I do offer a PnP kit for the FD now. Having the I/O available to run the sequential turbos has not been sorted out yet. The kits I have completed have been single turbo. In your case it isn't an issue.

Anyone run one of these on an N/A fc? Guessing no...

I emailed AEM back in April and they said my CAS wasn't supported. Any advice on what would work?

The FC CAS is not "supported" but it does work. The pattern is the same as the FD there is just different timing and sensitivity settings. I have bench tested with the FC CAS on an Infinity with no issues. So you are in luck. What car do you have?
