Min BAC duty

What is everybody using for a minimum BAC value in WARI? I am using 55 as my min, and 100 as my max duty. I find that my idle speed does not change until I hit about 59 or 60, and by 70 I am revving over 2000RPM, is this normal?

Which BAC valve? Big difference between say S4 and S6.
