Bryan, why do you feel the need to post up something like this useless thread here? You've already addressed your concerns in the Rotary Shack feedback section on this forum, as well as through Private Messages with me. I told you Robert is working on getting your order completed. As stated, you need to understand that as much as he wants to cater to every customer's needs immediately, he's only human. He's backed up on a total of 14 orders at this time, plus having 6 customer cars waiting at the shop to be worked, not to mention all 6 have paid thousands of dollars already to have their cars worked on, and as everyone knows he's the ONLY person who runs the shop and does all the work and handles all the orders. I'm trying to help him finish all his existing orders including yours so please be patient. Robert does this and still tries to make time for his wife and daughter so try to understand yea? If you have any more questions just PM me directly, we all know he's impossible to get a hold of most of the time but I will always respond to your inquiries. Thanks.

No promises were made, and in reality a lot of these people that complain about not receiving the orders won't take a full refund because they just want their parts and don't mind waiting longer. All of his orders are complete and perfect down to the dot, so if you have to wait then wait.

Ya but everytime i recived a call or email from him, all i hear is it's ready to be shipped. Maybe a week for something to be finished. Don't get me wrong, his work is great and a great person to talk too but I gave him all the time he needed. If there something wrong or something going to take some time he could of notified me. All I wanted was a clear understanding of my updates on my parts. But months wait is kinda too long.

Dude mostly every thread on the west is useless. I pm'ed u just for an update on my parts. Hopeing ur the next guy to go too. But no reply. I received a call from Robert last light saying that he'll be in vacation for another week. So useless thread? No...well maybe but is this the only way I can contact from you guys?

What are you talking about? I've replied to a ton of your PM's, I can post them all here if you'd like. Also, the reason he called you last night was because I told him you were asking about your parts again, so don't say you can never get any answers from him or I because I'm here replying, as well as via PM, and he called you.

He doesn't need to hire help, this isn't some surprise that orders can take a long time through rotary shack. A lot of people know that's the case BUT everyone that's waited did in fact receive their orders complete with no issues whatsoever and loved it. Like I said, if someone doesn't want to wait they can take a refund and order somewhere else.

Keep in mind, you did not place an order 5 months and just wait for that single order. You've added more and more to your order within the past 5 months which has made everything take longer so don't forget to take that into accountability.

Iv been waiting for my carb hat for the longest time. I shipped him my upper manifold to be machined more then a month ago. He told me it shouldt take that long. Give or take a week or two. When I had the chance to talk to him b4 I sent my manifold that my carb hat and oil lines were all ready to go. Iono he hasn't shipped it before. The reson he still has them because he wanted to ship it all at once. One shipping charge. But it's been a more then a month waiting on that manifold. And five + months on the carb hat and oil lines.*

I've dealt with Robert many times and yes I too have had too wait a little to get my parts but in the end, I was very happy with results and he did come through everytime. He's A ok in my book. Not only have I ordered and gotten everything I expected but Robert has stuck by his work since I've known him. Guess the price to pay for good work is waiting...
I'm sure he hasn't forgotten about anyone.

Exactly, and that's why I've volunteered my time to Rotary Shack to help with all orders that haven't been completed, people just need to understand he's running this shop by himself so it ain't easy. He does his best and I'm trying to help out the rotary community too and if that's an issue for anyone then just go somewhere else.
I really think Robert shouldn't be taking on soo many orders at one time. He has 14 orders backed up and 6 customer cars waiting to be worked on, and now he's on vacation? That does not sound right. It does sound like he does need some more help, period.
Seriously, can you really blame Bryan? He is a paying customer just like everybody else. It doesn't matter if it's 2 bux of business or thousands of dollars, Robert has his money and Bryan does not have his parts.
It seems like Bryan just keeps getting the run around and unfulfilled answers in which i can understand why he is angered. Robert tells him his stuff will be ready to be shipped, but yet he still has received no parts or must wait another week for something. It's the same excuse everytime he tries to get ahold of Robert. Why say something you can't fulfil to a customer, and not expect them to be bothered by it?
I'm pretty sure Robert is a nice guy and i'll put money on that his work and parts are top notch, but this is ridiculous. For you to tell customer's if they can't wait, then basically take your business elsewhere is really poor business practice and customer service.

He built my motor it took a bit but it was all worth it in the end. Bryan now knows that he takes a while to get parts from Robert and if he is really that bothered by it then just get a refund and buy the parts some where else. It's that simple, tired of waiting? get a refund. Want quality work/parts? Be patient.

When you guys say to wait, how long are we really talking here? weeks? months? If it's seriously that long of a wait, then maybe Robert should state that from the get-go, especially if it's going to take months on.

It's simple, if you order from Robert you will receive top notch quality products that work perfect and it might take a while to receive them, and that's why people order from him. Anyone can take a refund in full at anytime, but they choose not to, they choose to wait because as others have said "Yep it took a while to get my motor or my parts but damn **** it was all worth it in the end."
Like I said, If Bryan wants a refund that's perfectly fine and he can have his refund but if he chooses to wait for his order to be completed there's no need to start threads like this trying to create problems when there shouldn't be any.
In regards to this:

That is not poor service at all, customers are well informed of the wait time and expectancy when ordering from Rotary Shack so for them to create a fuss about it later down the line prior to already know what the deal is, that's their issue. Those who have waited and received their parts have NEVER had a complaint, and if by chance there was one issue it would be corrected immediately but I've yet to see that happen.
