Worth the money?

My cousin has a friend selling a rolling chasis 3rd Gen RX-7. The kid is asking $1100 for it. The car needs an engine, trannie, and front body panels (fenders, bumper, hood). The frame and the rest of the car are in good condition.

He was wondering if the price was fair or if it would end up being a rip off at the end. We will be doing all the labor ourselves so the only money we will spend other then the body would be for the parts. Thanks in advance to anyone who could help out.

If you will do all of the work, it is definitely worth it. Are all of the other panels straight? Does it have interior? Either way, it is worth it.
