Oh ya, there are older guys with riced out cars for sure. I bought my FD from an older guy, mid 40's probably. He had those fake carbon overlays all over the interior, on the exterior door handles, carbon print wipers, license plate, a horrible momo steering wheel with fake carbon inserts, tacky oil and coolant caps under the hood, another giant fake carbon sticker on the top of the ic core. I was early 20's when I bought the car and took all that stupid stuff off. Sure he didnt have a giant wing or body kit but I still think his taste was pretty lame.

"Age has everything to do with it. It's not a rule but it plays a huge factor on one's taste. "

I never stated that older owners don't rice things out. What I stated is that when you see a riced out car it's MORE likely to be a YOURGER male, not an older one. And by the same token it does not mean that because one is young he/she is going to rice something out.

You young dudes crack me up... Always defending your age and **** as we haven't been there ourselves. It's quite comical actually.

-raises hand-

40+year old geezer here who loves his '99 rear winged FD.

BTW I've also been known to track my FD and the '99 wing is proven functional at track speeds.

Regards,
Crispy

I have what I can only describe as what looks like cap-head bolts with rubber washers underneath them. I don't have any pics but trust me it doesn't look as cheap as it sounds.

^^nice ride

hey as long as you like it that's all that matters. For me your car would be 10x better if it was wingless.
