do I have to pull the front and rear windows to put in new weather stripping?

Are you talking about the hatch and windshield weather stripping?
If you want a good seal between the two then yes, but it most likely will chip, crack or break.

yes, the windshield and rear hatch glass has to be removed. the weather stripping is fitted around the windshield then held in place with urethane. the rear hatch is a little different. if you can remove enough of the oem urethane, you can glue the new moulding in place.

okay so I'm kind of nervous about having the glass pulled the local company said that there is a possibility it will break and that they can't get new glass for the car. so I called mazda and they said the windshield and back glass are no longer available so getting new glass looks unlikely if they break it.
