Advertising something you don't have is just plain gay.
If you get a 99+ JDM body kit, you're not advertising something you don't have, unless you have a license plate, frame, or something that says "99 Spec". It's not like a Limited edition special model with special upgrades.
If you paint your car CYM when it's not, is that rice? No, it's not like you're advertising that you have an R1.
I guess both are borderline on what you believe is rice, but you're not directly advertising something either way like you would an "RZ" or "Bathurst-R" sticker.
I'm not trying to flame anyone, but like I said, it's like putting a Type-R sticker on a Civic DX.

I say as long as your rice is faster than those who call it rice, rice on! But you deserve all the heckling and flaming you get if you speckle your car with rice stickers and can't run with the big dogs.

The "that's rice / this isn't rice" argument is kinda funny. I'm just gonna play devil's advocate here. The above examples you gave are all engine trim levels. Is it a greater level of "riceyness" when you are lying about the engine you have in your car as opposed to what color your shift boot stitching is?

I think the sticker looks good and that is the reason I want one. However, I should be pulling mid to low 12's soon and there aren't alot of cars around that can touch that, plus I like being different or else I would have gotten a T/A.
