Julian, are you serious? 1/2 tank having too much dynamic weight shift in the corners? You can actually notice the difference?

On the track I start pressed and pit at 1/3, I run for fun not engine building opportunities.
Haha...well put

Are ppl really buying FD's nowadays just to do stupid things w/ them? Heck, I even frown on buying an FD to drag race lol. It's a purpose-built car. Go to a roadcourse. Find out why this car was hailed as a return to the pure sports car...

amen....

ohh jeez, i can see this turning into another 5 page thread haha.

Just because you guys think he shouldnt be doing that doesnt mean you have the right to hijack his thread and turn it into a slagging match. Stop being such ********, if you dont like what people write, don't reply. There has been a recent thread on this issue.

I personally enjoy driving my FD in vauge approximations of straight every day. Seriously, not a single day goes by where i dont wheelspin somewhere or step the back end out somewhere else. Braking drifts in the rain are excellent fun, and although all owners dont necessarily do this, i would not like to see a hail of abuse if i were to post a question about it.

Oh my good, are all you people gay??!
i thought most of us bought this car because we want to have fun...
at least i did, and who here can say that a smoking donut on 285 tyres doesnt put a big smile on your face sure makes me happy,,,
dont need to destroy the car just because you burn a little rubber.
if the car cant handle that then it must be one pice of crap car (wich it is not)

So just sit there with your fd`s locked away while i go out to have som tyrespanking fun
Here Here! (apart from the spelling)

the honda cibic forums are full of worthless immature wastes of life such as yourself.

please do us all a favor and go drive your 'beater' FD off of the nearest cliff.

Last I checked, this was a public forum...

The same could be said for Mr. Escobar, could it not? He could just ignore the slagging and hijacking, and continue with finding out why his car stalls (and eventually frags a motor) from spinning donuts...

There have also been countless threads through the years of people moaning about the constant buildup of useless subjects like "what's the best sounding BOV?", et al...but the forum remains open to them, there's no lack of freedom there...

Jesus...these arent half a million dollar cars here guys. People buy them to have fun, If his idea of fun is doing doughnuts then good for him. Not everyone can be "perfectly responsible" drivers that only play on the track...Everyone needs to get off their little pedistool around here and grow up....When he wrecks the car being stupid then you all may laugh at him and say I told you so, but untill then I do believe he is allowed to be as stupid as he wishes in his own car....Welcome to America...and the RX7 community Im not trying to be controversial here, but you guys act as If he was doing 140 through a school zone as the kids just got out......they are just doughnuts...lol

Pedro, please understand that the FD is a 1 in less than 14,000 car in the USA. Doing stupid **** in a msutang and exclaiming it on a mustang forum is one thing. I, being a Rotary and Mustang enthusiast understand this better than most. Mustangs are also very powreful, "you disrespect this car for an instant it'll kill you" cars, just like FD's, however there are literally millions of them on American roads. Abusing a car which had extremely limited production numbers and boasting it on a site enthused by these cars is just a bad idea. http://www.turboforum.net they will respectfully deal with your crap and say "omfg its an rx-7.
