Where's my coolant going?

Another update!
I've put about 250 miles on the rebuild now, only a few little issues. First, the EGR was causing a check engine light, but driving the car seems to have fixed whatever was causing it (I vacuum tested the valve and checked the EGR switch with a DVM, both seemed ok). Either way, the CE light is no longer on, and the car is running very well.
Still haven't figured out the OMP issue, it *appears* that there's now oil in the omp lines, but I just can't be sure, so have continued to premix for now.
Also switched out the Trust/JASMA exhaust for something a little more stock. The new exhaust was sold to me as a Racing Beat Dual, but I'm not sure it actually is, it doesn't have the markings on it, and the tips look different than other pics that I've seen. Either way, I really like the more stock look of the new (used) exhaust! Of course, during removal of the old Trust catback, one of the studs on the cat pipe stripped, so ended up having to remove the cat and take it to an exhaust shop to remove the stud...ugh.
Finally, I added a couple of gauges, I'm using Prosport 270deg gauges, with a Prosport triple gauge pod. install was really simple (I went with 3 electronic gauges, so just had to run wires through the grommet in the DS footwell). The gauge pod fits well, but there's a little more gap between the dash and back of the gauge pod than I'd like. Overall I'm really happy with them.

Well, I've now got over 500 miles on the motor, it's running great and have started pushing it a bit harder. Tested out a bit higher RPM and a little boost (very low). Did the first oil change, and no surprises. Pulled the plugs to check them out and they do look as though the motor has been running rich.
Just for grins, I took it to get a 'pre-test' at the local smog place (smog is due really soon), and it's not looking good:
Idle (not required, the guy just ran it to give me the numbers)
Gas Reading Limit
HC 3087 61 (!!! LOL!!!)
CO 7.37 0.36
NOx 0 493
15mph
Gas Reading Limit
HC 81 61
CO 0.09 0.36
NOx 177 493
25mph
Gas Reading Limit
HC 71 61
CO 0.15 0.36
NOx 208 493
I had warmed up the car before the test and put fresh plugs and oil in. Not sure why the idle reading is so whacked out. I'm also going to check and see if the air pump is even working. In addition I'm concerned that my adjusting the idle when I was trying to get the car started has messed up the TPS adjustment, so I'll be checking that out too. This was obviously w/o premix in the tank (drained it and put in a fresh tank of gas).

I wish... Unfortunately it's all stock. But I'm not getting any check engine codes for the omp. Tps doesn't sound too bad to test. Checked clutch on the air pump, and it at least moves, next I'll try the disconnect test and see if the idle changes. Also gonna install my wideband and see where the afr is sitting, but that means I'll need to remove the dp to get a o2 bung welded in.
