Where can I get an oil change in So.Calif?

Okay, I've been lazy (yes, sorry...too busy) about changing my oil and I'm abou 400 miles overdue. I don't have time this weekend, so I told my brother to get an oil change for me since I'll be driving my Accord this weekend. In any case, besides a cheap-o Jiffy Lube, where can I get a reliable oil change in Southern California/Los Angeles Area. Want to see if I can get someone who has done FDs...not a Jiffy Lube.... Does everyone here use Castrol GTX 20/50?

I'm sure this isn't the kind of advice you're looking for, but do it yourself. It's not that hard and doesn't take that long. Nobody is *that* busy. I worked at a gas station for 4 yrs during my college summers and personally witnessed three cars have their motors destroyed b/c the drain plug was too loose and spilled the engine oil all over the road. That's incentive enough for me

If you care about your car, do it yourself.

Go To Culver City Mazda. They should be competent enough to do a simple oil change.

Oh yeah, there's a Rotary shop called Nelson's Enterprises on Overland Ave. near Venice Blvd. in Culver City. They developed the supercharger for 2nd gens and I've seen a couple 3rd gens in their parking lot. They should be able to do it.

I would do it yourself too- find a buds garage- and total cost should be alittle over $10- most shops may charge up to $25..

I use valvoline race 20-50.
