Talking What to use to plug nipple on Upper Manifold.

I got the small vacuum ports taken care of with some vac-caps.
Besides getting the nipple/pipe welded up, I am wondering what you guys use to Block off the Biggest Vac pipe located on the rear of the upper manifold.(the one about 3/8").
I want to do it clean,so no Hose and bolt and clamp suggestions.
Thanks Guys.STYX.

I do hope you aren't writing about the vacuum source for the brake booster...

Yeah that sounds like the brake booster vac line.

Cut the steel nipple off flush, use a tap to put threads in the remainder of the hole then put a teflon tape sealed allen head plug in it.

A better way would be to drill out the metal sleeve and then tap the aluminum.

Silicone vacuum caps with zip ties. Otherwise, weld it.

.This is an FD upper on an FC so I had to block something off!!I think I got it figured out.
I adapted some hose, going from that front nipple(near the TB) and downsized it for my GM Map sensor off that nipple. The other nipple on the outside runner(passenger side) is what I plan to use for my Brake booster.
The S5 lower manifold has a Vacuum port for the Brake booster also,But I found that the Oil injector block off bolts fit the thread pattern,so I put a bolt there with a copper crush washer,
It is nice and clean looking now.
Thanks guys for the advice,I appreciate it.
