What racing seats fit without...

modifications??? My leather seats are kinda worn and ugly but I really don't want to get racing seats that would touch my door panels. I'm also too lazy to be cutting and patching and stuff...so ease of fitment is a must...any ideas??

the Recaro SPGs from the Japanese market (the ones that come in the RX7 RZ) - well over $3000 for two.

Mazdaspeed makes some seats for the FD - still very expensive (something like $1200 a piece)

those two are your best bet for being easy. Also, there's:

Sparco Torinos & Milanos. They fit, but you'll have to remove at least one of the adjustment ***** on the seat.

There are more, I'm sure, but I don't know how many you'll find that don't require modifications.

It depends on how tall you are. I am 6'1" and had a fit trying to get my seat right. I finally ended up with special brackets and no slide rails. This is just for the track though. If you are shorter you might be able to use the stock rails.
