What is this intake filter?

I have this filter on my car(see image). I'm thinking about replacing filtering eleent. Where do I get one and what brand it is? Good? Bad? Should I get something else?

I believe that's the old RE Amemiya intake.

u can wash it with soap and water, but if u really need to replace it... might have to get a large Greddy Airinx filter replacement foam unless u special order the RE-A one from japan. They're the same shape and size, just airinx version is blue..

Try RP or Gotham Racing for replacement elements, i would try to wash it first, the replacement is damn expensive!

Try to clean it and then re-oil it using some filter oil.
