Let me summarize what's going to happen here; Some long term members will come in posting about how the newbs don't search and want to be spoon fed and are cluttering up the 3rd gen section. The newbs then reply about how they couldn't find it while searching or they wanted to find new input. The mods start posting about how they try to help the situation. People suggest how to fix the problem. The mods rebuttle and somewhere along the line the thread gets locked.

In the end nothing changes...
And there you have it folks, nothing to see here, everybody move along now.

I think the mods should remove the most common question posts, send the person a pm tell him to search this way when people have to search they don't read all these posts telling them to search that are all mixed up in the answers. Or just delete usless posts that do not have answers to anything because it does take a while to find info if you are newer and its taken longer and longer because of the useless threads/posts keep fillin up.

Or we start answering questions, once answered put into new area, which would make answers easier to find . Mybe not the greatest ideas but there are so much useless posts.
