Question What is to do for 500HP?

Sry that i made a new thread. But my English isnt realy good and so i didnt found the right thread....

I'm totaly new in the "RX-7 World" but i'm very interested at the car. So i need some infos which i dont get in Germany because there is no good forum.
What do i have to do for 400-500HP? A bigger turbo, more Gas, bigger Intercooler and all the normal things is clear(can i say "clear" in this sentence ). But what do i have to do with the engine?

Greetings from Germany

It would be wise to get the engine street ported, or even race ported.
Are you only planning to keep it between 400-500hp max?
What hp do you want to achieve on pump gas?

There's so many things that need to be considered......

Get in touch with Seven93 I think he is over their in and around your area. That is if you can detect that blur as he goes by. I think he is at 400+ rwhp.

only for the street, of course a few times 1/4 mile. First i want to stay at 400-500HP, but i dont know what i want in the future. So i want an engine which i can upgrade.

I dont know what u mean with "What hp do you want to achieve on pump gas?". I know all these words but not the contence...

You can easily run 500whp on a completely stock block.

The only way to upgrade a 13b-REW rotory engine unless you port the motor. That means that you will need to rebuild the motor in order to port it. So once you decide on what port you want you have to stay with it until you rebuild your motor or purchase another motor already ported. Once the motor is ported the only way to increase HP is by modding the cars performance parts. Turbos, Intercooler, Fuel Supply, Air Supply, Exhaust flow, ect.

By the way 400 to 500 HP is a pretty big number for these cars.

With a 2006 Zo6...monthy payment will be around 1200.00 (that is with a 20K+ down). I rather keep my 94 FD with approximately 300 rwhp and give the Chevy a good tease...best part...No payment.
