^Again, your confused about SPIKE with CREEP and again misleading others. They're not the same. We're talking exhaust here. Too much exhaust flow (lack of sufficient back-pressure) can cause creep issues. But if does, a BC does nothing to help with it. Do yourself and others here a favor and go read before posting... please.

That said.....
OP, sounds like you don't really need it, but I'll give you another vote for Bonez. Materials and construction are first rate. Been running mine for over 8 years (>50k miles) with no signs yet that it's even close to wearing out. That's been with a DP and cat-back on stock twins. No creep issues. It comes with integral heat shielding but if you can wrap the inlet and outlet, it does help, a little, with heat to the transmission and tunnel.
As mentioned previously, the only thing hard about changing them out will be removal of the OEM cat. Bolts will likely be toastie. You also may need a couple of new gaskets.

My bad, I'd just gotten off a 12 hour shift when I wrote that, of course you are right, and I was a bit careless. I probably should clarify about my setup too so I dont give someone else the wrong impression. I have the stock DP, stock replacement HF Cat, and stock muffler. This is a setup I've read that has had no problem with boost creep, and as far as I can tell no boost spikes. Your mileage may vary. Likely your mileage WILL vary.

sgtblue is right that a BC will not help with creep as that is a result of the WG being overloaded, and is fatal if not caught and fixed.

Preparations for the new cat...

You'll also need to pick up some 2" studs, washers and bolts, as the the new high flow just has two holes on either end.

You probably wouldn't like to discover that you need this additional hardware *after* have the car sitting on jacks and you finally get the OEM bolts loose.

And although it does come with a nipple to attach the air pump, you're going to want to (or have a muffle shop) weld in at least another 6" of aluminum piping to the nipple. If you just connect the rubber air pump hose to directly to the nipple, it'll melt and crumble the hose in about a month, or less. The aluminum extension gives the rubber something cooler to attach to without melting.

Good luck.

This has never been an issue with mine (Bonez).

If you use heater hose, it won't melt.

I th ink im ordering the bolt kit from the online store just so Ibdont have to run around trying to find ones that fit before hand. The shop i was going to take it to was going to charge me a rediculous price for installing it so i might just get a buddy and do it myself. Ill look up some info on the hose and if need be ill get them to upgrade it when i have a little more cash.

Like i said before i have no experience with turbos and boost control so i doubt ill notice a problem if there is one. Thats another thng on my lists to do.

Thanks again for all the replys and input. Ill be purchasing the part in a few days and hopefully wont have to wait to long for the part over here in canada on an island lol.

Im going to be taking some pictures as i fix it so ill post them up when the actual day comes. Youll be able to see the nice dent in the cat converter from where he bottomed out the car lol.

Btw sorry for typos, on my phone right now
