this is a customer car (!!!!), but based on some of the bits and pieces mines use on their awesome tsukuba skyline (and theirs is not even the fastest r34!).

Sure they aren't the fastest anymore, but then they also have the least hp.
No 1 on the list has close to 600 hp, No 3 I think makes slightly more than 600 hp (it is the white R32 with carbon doors right ?), The Evo makes 550ish hp, and the FD made 450 hp.
Hell even No 10 the Silvia made 550hp. Tsukuba has 2 fairly long straights approx 1/4-1/2 mile long where cars can get to 120+mph, hp will help in those areas.
