Nah, unfortunately there are plenty of Skyline GTRs running on the streets in Japan. However, you'll note that the FD turned the quickest time of any RWD car at Tsukuba circuit (which I think is part of what the "A" class is). A lot easier to get a well-set-up AWD car around a racetrack quickly...

I would really like to goto Japan and just hangout with some FD owners.. I have talked to other FD owners in the past and they all feel similar way.. maybe someday we could hire a travel agent and goto Japan?? anyone??

hopefully this link (vid) will work:

http://www.runeb.org/www_docs/Jexoti...ateskyline.avi

this is a customer car (!!!!), but based on some of the bits and pieces mines use on their awesome tsukuba skyline (and theirs is not even the fastest r34!).

4wd power.

It might not be 'pure sports' but it is brutal, and gets the job done.

Sure they aren't the fastest anymore, but then they also have the least hp.

No 1 on the list has close to 600 hp, No 3 I think makes slightly more than 600 hp (it is the white R32 with carbon doors right ?), The Evo makes 550ish hp, and the FD made 450 hp.
Hell even No 10 the Silvia made 550hp. Tsukuba has 2 fairly long straights approx 1/4-1/2 mile long where cars can get to 120+mph, hp will help in those areas.
