Well i just got it running again after a year and a half! :) what should i check?

Well i just got my car running last night after being down for a year and a half. the single turbo is on and all i need to do is my intercooler piping and my down pipe. It started right up with no problem i was really suprised, it wasnt the quietest ever(no down pipe/ open turbo), but it ran!

Any ways i was wondering if there is anything i should check sence it sat for so long? I was also wondering if there is any way i could check to see if my oil feed line to the turbo was pumping oil or not. The reason i ask is because it just seems like its not spinning as freely as it should. What kind of vacume do most of you guys see? I think i might have a leak because im only seeing around -10.
thanks in advance
