weird shifting....

hey guys I have a 95 automatic and when i gun it i have weird shifting action, it goes to redline then when it shifts to second instead of jumping down to aorund 4k and accelarting hard it falls back slowly to 4k then accelerates hard...any idea of what is causing this? I have full exhaust, SMIC, intake, and just installed a Power FC +Commander and had it tuned by steve Kan in LA meet. I think it might have something do with new ecu because sometimes my idle jumps up and down pretty badly. When going very slowly like in parkign structure it just turns off. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! thxn guys

I thought when using the PFC with an Automatic it daid away with the hold feature, this may also play and effect on how it down shifts as well. I'm afraid this is just a stab in the dark and perhaps the question can be better answered in the aftermarket ECU section of the forum.
