Hey Lads
I’ve recently have just installed a Greddy Airinx intake system on my 93 Rx-7 and notice now whenever I let off the gas there an unusual sound coming from the Air intakes, It sounds like a big gulp of air was just suck in a second or two after the gas was let off... I don’t know if that’s normal for the Rx-7 to do that or what but I thought I would ask better to be safe than sorry... The car completely stock other wise

Sounds like you're hearing the "moo"!! It's normal with aftermarket intakes on RX7's don't worry! The apexi power intakes come with a little metal restrictor that goes in the pipe going to the air pump, makes it much less noisy!

You may want to look into the "moo eliminator" threads on here (can't remember exactly what they're called, but they're on here!)

you are probably hearing the diverter valve ( when you let off the gas it "reintorduces" the air between the turbos and the throttle body back into the primary turbo air feet ) and or the charge relief valve ( valve that vents all the air that the 2ndary turbine produces < 4000 rpm ) , it`s normal when you open up the intake
