weird acceleration problem. Fuel maybe?

Here is the deal, when i first start the car in the mornings and let it wor its way up to normal operating temps i head on my way to whereever im going. I noticed that the car feels like it has ALOT more power, as i drive on i also notice that if i have the throttle at say 25% the turbos start to spool and the car wants to move. As i go to WOT the car feels sorta like it bogs and as i ease the throttle back to 25% the power kicks back up and feels like it actually pulls hard then when at WOT. Im thinking that im having fuel issues and the system is running Rich. at WOT. what would cause this?!

Could be ignition also, changed plugs and wires lately or are they old? FD's are notorious for ignition problems, especially if your over stock boost which I can't tell from your post.....

Exhaust backpressure, pri or main cat may be clogged... get a backpressure test...

stock ecu.

stock everything except a 3 inch Racing Beat CB

I just bought an apexi intake, and i have a 3inch DP and Midpipe laying around wanting to be installed. I want to get the car running right before i start putting mods onto it though.

plus i want to do the reliabilty mods as well.

I highly suggest a Power FC before starting the bolt-on party. You'll be better off in the long and short run.

You will also have more immediate visibility.

If you're interested I know someone selling a used one with commander.

If I read your post right, this is happening before the car is fully warmed up? If so, then your problem is the double throttle butterflies protecting your engine from your going WOT before it is warm.

If I read that wrong, and you are having the problems once the car is all warmed up, then I'm going to say that you need to check your boost pattern. Sounds like a solenoid malfuction or a boost leak.

If you don't have a boost gauge (rel. mod you were talking about) then you should get one to see what your turbos are doing.
