The way to safer motoring (Chuck Westbrook)

Ok just wanna reitterate things.

I have just had my PFC sorted out by Chuck Westbrook and i must say hes incredible.
His knowledge is astounding and people who dont think vets/tuners time is worth a lot on here have to think again, its worth money belive me.

My experiance....
I have dun most of the reliability mods on my car and added a Innovate LM-1 Wideband then a PFC and Datalogit, even with all these in hand and a modlist to make the hairs on the back ofyour neck stand up with a standard base map i couldnt for the life of me get a smooth running car with safe AFR's.
This is where i contactect Chuck on the advice of Dale, and Rynberg, in reply he helped me a lot my car is now running very smooth and reaching target AFR's, when i say he helped he actually set nearly everything up Datalogit wise.

BTW he did it all via Email.

Just wanna say a massive thanx to Chuck and the rest of the vets on here.

Ta Guys

Ya. When Kyle K. and Chuck W. get together it's amazing how much knowledge comes out of their mouth about these cars. That's why I am glad that Kyle is my tuner and I live 55 minutes away from him. My car was horrible when I first got it. Then I brought it to Kyle and it runs amazing.

The thing that suprises me is that chuck has never even seen my car, but hes still managed to get my ARF's in the desired range and make it run fantastic.

Chuck has advised me on evrything in my PFC and datatlogit and hes got so much time for people, i mentioned in one of my posts that i "didnt wanna bother him with questions" but his answer was " ask all the questions you like".

I have perchased chucks notes + pack and it makes for some amazing reading.

Hats off the the tuners here as is a daunting task.

If you dont have them notes then im sure it would benefit even the most accumplished of us.

Well tonight iv striped the outer plastic from an Intake Temp Sensor and am gonna mount it in the plastic UIM elbow but tis gonna take me some time to make it look like its allways been there, i dont like stuff that looks like its been thrown on when it come to engine or cockpit of the car.

I will obviously be requiring chucks input when i do.

FWIW, this is where I put mine. It's out of the way and protected a bit by the bracket and alternator tensioner. I've since re-wrapped it with silicone fusion tape to keep it dry and insulated a little better.

Yup, both Chuck and Kyle really really know their stuff, they've been in this game a long time. I can remember back when I joined the Big List back in early 1999, they knew their stuff even back then
